MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relators contend the trial judge erred in not abating the case. Based on the record presented, we conclude the relators' have failed to show themselves entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, relators' motion for stay and petition for writ of mandamus are DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding).
