IN THE INTEREST OF B.H., a Child

From the 57th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2020CI23904 Honorable Monique Diaz, Judge Presiding

ORDER

BETH WATKINS, JUSTICE

On August 16, 2024, appellant filed his brief. Because the appendix to the brief included the unredacted birth date and name of a person who was a minor when the underlying suit was filed, we struck the brief and ordered appellant to file an amended brief. See TEX. R. APP. P. 9.9(A)(3), 9.9(C).

On August 20, 2024, appellant filed an amended brief. The amended brief violates Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.9 in that the appendix to the brief includes sensitive data, specifically the name of a person who was a minor when the underlying suit was filed, and such data has not been redacted. See TEX. R. APP. P. 9.9(A)(3), 9.9(C). THE UNREDACTED SENSITIVE DATA APPEARS ON PAGES 142, 143, 146, AND 186 OF THE PDF FILE CONTAINING APPELLANT'S BRIEF AND APPENDIX.

We therefore ORDER that appellant's amended brief is STRICKEN. We further ORDER appellant to file a second amended appellant's brief in compliance with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.9 by September 3, 2024.
