SECOND ADVERSARY PROCEEDING SCHEDULING ORDER
This pretrial scheduling order is entered pursuant to Fed.R.Bankr.P. 7016 and Fed.R.Civ.P. 16(b). Further proceedings in this case shall be as follows:
I. Initial Disclosures Required by Fed.R.Civ.P. 26
1. The parties shall not be required to make the initial disclosures required by Fed.R.Civ.P. 26(a)(1). The parties shall not otherwise be required to comply with Fed.R.Civ.P. 26(f), with the discussions at the pretrial scheduling conference having addressed the matters specified in Fed.R.Civ.P. 26(f).
2. The parties shall not be required to make the initial disclosures required by Fed.R.Civ.P. 26(a)(2)(A). The reports otherwise required by Fed.R.Civ.P. 26(a)(2)(B) shall not be required, but the parties may pursue other expert discovery pursuant to Bankruptcy Rules 7026 through 7037.
II. Discovery
1. The parties shall commence discovery in time to be completed on or before July 1, 2006. III. Other Pretrial Matters
1. The pleadings may be amended on or before May 1, 2006.
2. Status or Pretrial Conference Request. Any party may request a status conference (or a conference to discuss or further consult in reference to this order) by a written request filed with the court and served on all other parties. Upon receipt of such a request (or sua sponte), the court will schedule a conference if the court believes it will advance or be helpful in the disposition of this proceeding.
IV. Trial Matters
1. No final pretrial conference is being set, but the parties may request a further pretrial conference as set forth above.
2. The Parties shall file and exchange their witness and exhibit lists by July 12, 2006. They shall also exchange copies of their written exhibits on or before that date, and provide the original and two copies of their exhibits to the court by 4:00 p.m. on July 17, 2006, by non-electronic means.
3. Trial will commence on July 19, 2006, at 9:30 a.m.
