ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 20-351, recommending that Barry J. Beran of Cherry Hill, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1981, and who has been suspended from the practice of law since April 10, 2020, be disbarred for violating RPC 1.15(a) (negligent misappropriation of client funds), RPC 1.15(d) (failure to comply with the recordkeeping provisions of Rule 1:21-6), and RPC 8.1(b) (failure to cooperate with disciplinary authorities);
And Barry J. Beran having been ordered to show cause why he should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined;
And the Court having determined from its review of the matter that the appropriate quantum of discipline for respondent's unethical conduct is a three-year term of suspension from practice, to be concurrent with the three-year term of suspension ordered by the Court this date in In re Beran D-109-20 (085735);
And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that Barry J. Beran is suspended from the practice of law for a period of three years, effective September 24, 2023, and until the further Order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that Barry J. Beran be and hereby is restrained from practicing law during his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that Barry J. Beran comply with Rule 1:20-20 dealing with suspended attorneys; and it is further
ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent's file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
