DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

By order dated June 10, 2019, appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel. By letter dated December 27, 2019, counsel requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate. By decision and order dated January 22, 2020, counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated January 22, 2020, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by March 2, 2020. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
