Trial Court No. 2011-PB6-000081-L2
Honorable Jesus Garza, Judge Presiding
ORDER
The reporter's record was due to be filed with this court by April 8, 2013. See TEX. R. APP. P. 35.1. On February 25, 2013, court reporter Roxann G. Soto filed a notification of late reporter's record. The notification requested an extension of time to file the record until May 23, 2013, for an extension of forty-five days. We granted the request in part, and extended the due date until May 8, 2013. See id. R. 35.3(c) (limiting an extension in a regular appeal to thirty days).
On May 9, 2013, the court reporter filed another notification of late record and requested an extension of time to file the record until May 23, 2013, for a total extension of forty-five days. The reporter's request is GRANTED. The reporter's record must be filed in this court by May 23, 2013.
If the reporter's record is not timely filed with this court as order, any requests for additional time to file the record must be accompanied by a signed, written status report. The report must describe the transcript by day with the date, description, page counts, and remarks for each day. The page counts must include the total number of pages, the number of pages edited, proofread, and formatted into the required electronic form (including bookmarks). The report may describe any unusual aspects of the record. The report must describe any problems the court reporter reasonably believes may delay the completion of the record beyond the requested date. A preferred form for the status report, with an accompanying example, is attached to this order.
