Original Proceeding On Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators, Bellfort Retail Plaza, Inc. and Amir H. Bajmanlou a/k/a Amir Manlou, have filed a petition for a writ of mandamus, challenging the trial court's order granting a motion to set aside a final judgment and setting aside that judgment.

The underlying case is Jill Pickett v. Bellfort Retail Plaza, Inc. and Amir H. Bajmanlou a/k/a Amir Manlou, No. 1072312, in the County Civil Court at Law No. 3 of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Linda Storey presiding.

We deny the petition and dismiss as moot relators' motion for emergency relief. We further deny real party in interest Jill Pickett's request for sanctions under Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 52.11.

PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Jennings, Bland, and Brown.
