Petition for writ of habeas corpus denied (AA)
The petition for a writ of habeas corpus, filed March 29, 2007, and amended June 22, 2009, is denied.
All claims are denied on the merits. In addition, claim VI (subclaim 4) is denied on the ground that it was raised and rejected on appeal (In re Waltreus (1965) 62 Cal.2d 218, 225), and claims I (subclaim 3), V (subclaim 5), V (subclaim 6), and VII (except subclaims 7 and 8) are denied on the ground that they could have and should have been raised on appeal (In re Dixon (1953) 41 Cal.2d 756, 759).
Kruger, J., was absent and did not participate.
