ORDER
Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to strike is GRANTED TO THE EXTENT that the affidavit from appellant dated August 26, 2022 and attached to appellant's brief is STRICKEN. The August 26, 2022 affidavit is plainly not part of the lower court record for this appeal as the claim of appeal initiating this appeal was filed on June 10, 2022. See, e.g., Sherman v Sea Ray Boats, 251 Mich.App. 41, 56; 649 N.W.2d 783 (2002) (this Court's review limited to trial court record).
In all other respects, the motion is DENIED.
