No. 05-07-00790-CV

Filed: July 3, 2007.

Original Proceeding from the 199th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 199-51680-97.

Before Justices BRIDGES, FRANCIS, and MAZZANT.

MEMORANDUM OPINION NUNC PRO TUNC

In his petition for writ of habeas corpus, relator complains that he is being held on an order for capias for failure to appear on a motion for contempt. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has failed to show he is entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of habeas corpus. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3(j)(1)(D); 52.7(a); and 52.8(a); Ex Parte Sealy, 870 S.W.2d 663, 666 (Tex.App.-Houston [1st Dist.] 1994, orig. proceeding).
