MEMORANDUM OPINION
This case arises from the trial court's denial of appellant Robert Keith Romero's motion for enforcement by consequential contempt. On December 10, 2002, Romero filed this motion, asking the trial court to enforce the terms of his divorce decree against his ex-wife Betty Martinez. His motion argued that Martinez had disconnected her telephone without informing Romero or providing him with her new phone number, thereby negatively influencing the couple's children. Following a hearing, the trial court denied Romero's motion. He now appeals this denial in one issue.
Because the issues in this appeal involve the application of well-settled principles of law, we affirm the judgment of the trial court in this memorandum opinion under Tex.R.App.P. 47.1 for the following reasons:
1. Although Romero contests the trial court's denial of his motion for enforcement, he fails to cite this Court to a single authority in support of his argument. Any alleged error has therefore been waived under Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.1(h). Romero presents nothing for review. Tex.R.App.P. 38.1(h); Kosowska v. Kahn, 929 S.W.3d 505, 508-09 (Tex. App.-San Antonio 1996, writ denied). Accordingly, we overrule Romero's sole issue on appeal and affirm the trial court's judgment.
