HUGHES, J., would grant the writ.
The father should clearly be the custodial parent, but this is not a custody contest. The impossible-to-comply-with judgment is the cause for the lack of visitation. The trial court would have the mother pay for a lawyer in order to even attempt to communicate with her daughter. The mother may not be entitled to custody or even visitation, but she is entitled to due process.
