Opinion

No. 05-03-01830-CV.

Opinion Issued January 30, 2004.

Original Proceeding from the County Court Kaufman County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 200G-13 and 03P-098.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices JAMES, BRIDGES, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial judge erred in not transferring the cases to the county court at law, not requesting the assignment of a statutory probate judge, and issuing orders in the cases. The facts of this original proceeding are known to the parties so we do not recite them here. After the filing of this petition, the trial judge transferred cases numbered 200G-13 and 03P-098 to the county court at law. Therefore, we conclude relator's request as to transfer of the cases to the county court at law is moot. Based on the record presented, we conclude the relator has failed to show himself entitled to the relief requested on his other issues. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).
