Plaintiff Phyllis Winograd, in the above-captioned matter Graph v. Bayer, 02-2825; plaintiff Willie Carver Scott, in the above-captioned matter Barrella v. Bayer, 02-2818; plaintiff Richard Ray, in the above-captioned matter Ray v. Bayer, 02-3957; and plaintiff Mary Andrews in the above-captioned matter Andrews v. Bayer, 02-2817 have filed a motion to dismiss without prejudice pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(a)(2) as they no longer wish to prosecute their individual claims against the named defendants. As Defendants have not opposed the motion, the same shall be granted.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following individual plaintiffs hereby dismiss all claims against Defendants without prejudice: Willie Carver Scott, Barrella, et al., v. Bayer Corp., et al., 02-2818; Richard Ray, Ray v. Bayer Corp., et al., 02-3957; Mary Andrews, Andrews v. Bayer Corp., et al., 02-2817; and Phyllis Winograd, Graph v. Bayer Corp., et al., 02-2825.
