This matter is before the Court upon Defendants' motion in limine to preclude plaintiffs from presenting case specific expert testimony in the Ethel Long v. Bayer AG et al., Civ. No. 02-1009. Plaintiffs respond that they will offer neither expert nor opinion testimony on causation in the above referenced case.

Based on the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants' motion to preclude plaintiffs from presenting case specific expert testimony is GRANTED.
