ORDER
On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the March 23, 2023 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered. Pursuant to MCR 7.305(H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, while retaining jurisdiction, we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for consideration whether the Grand Traverse Circuit Court clearly erred by concluding that termination of the respondent's parental rights was in the children's best interests. MCL 712A.19b(5). The Court of Appeals shall forward its decision on remand to the Clerk of this Court within 56 days of the date of this order.
