In Re: Mary Catherine Bates and Daniel Ray Bates, applying for supervisory writs, 21st Judicial District Court, Parish of Tangipahoa, No. 2018-040004. BEFORE: GUIDRY, THERIOT, AND PENZATO, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The trial court did not err in determining that the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Marion County, Florida retained subject matter jurisdiction over the minor child's placement and custody. See In re D.C.M., 2013-0085 (La. App. 1st Cir. 6/11/13), 170 So.3d 165.
