ORDER

PER CURIAM

On September 27, 2024, Relator, Robinson Bastidas-Bastidas, filed a petition for writ of mandamus. Bastidas-Bastidas also filed an emergency motion to stay the underlying proceedings pending our final resolution of the petition for writ of mandamus.
