Opinion
Case No. 07-10860-WIL.
December 9, 2008
Frederick W. H. Carter, Federal Bar No. 26167, Venable LLP, Washington, DC, Counsel to Washington Metropolitan Area Transportation Authority.
Alan M. Grochal, Federal Bar No. 01447, Tydings Rosenberg LLP, Baltimore, Maryland, Counsel to the Debtors.
STIPULATION AND ORDER EXTENDING RESPONSE AND VOTING DEADLINES
Upon the agreement and stipulation of the debtors in the above-captioned, jointly administered Chapter 11 cases (the "Debtors") and the Washington Metropolitan Transportation Authority ("WMATA"), such agreement being evidenced by the signatures of their counsel hereinbelow, the Court finds that certain deadlines for filing responsive pleadings and for voting on the Debtor's proposed Joint Modified Third Amended Plan of Reorganization (the "Plan") should be extended, it is, therefore,
ORDERED that the last day for WMATA to file an objection to the Plan or an Objection to the Debtors' Motion for Substantive Consolidation of Bankruptcy Estates shall be December 15, 2008; and it is further
ORDERED that the last day for WMATA to cast its ballot to accept or reject the Plan shall be December 15, 2008.
