STIPULATION AND ORDER REGARDING RESPONSE DEADLINE
Upon the agreement and stipulation of the debtors in the above-captioned, jointly administered Chapter 11 cases (the "Debtors") and Montgomery County, Maryland (the "County"), such agreement being evidenced by the signatures of their counsel hereinbelow, the Court finds that certain deadlines for filing responsive pleadings to the Debtors' Motion for Substantive Consolidation of Bankruptcy Estates (the "Motion") filed by each of the Debtors in their respective cases should be extended, and it is, therefore,
ORDERED that the last day for the County to file an objection to the Motion shall be December 15, 2008. SO ORDERED
