MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator, Eddie Bartie, has filed a petition for a writ of mandamus complaining of Judge Linda Motheral's order sustaining the contest to relator's affidavit of indigence.

The Honorable Linda Motheral, judge of the 257th District Court of Harris County, Texas. The underlying lawsuit is In the Matter of Sandra Lynn Bartie v. Eddie Bartie, No. 2002-12496 (257th Dist. Ct., Harris County, Tex.).

We deny the petition for a writ of mandamus. See In re Arroyo, 988 S.W.2d 737, 739 (Tex. 1998).
