DECISION & ORDER VOLUNTARY RESIGNATION

Hugo Barreca has submitted an affidavit dated February 9, 2021, wherein he voluntarily resigns from the New York State Bar. Mr. Barreca was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 4, 1998. LASALLE, P.J., MASTRO, RIVERA, DILLON and CHAMBERS, JJ., concur.
