Based on the Texas Supreme Court's opinion of May 10, 2024, we VACATE our November 23, 2022 mandamus order preventing discovery of E.B.'s mental health care treatment records in this matter. See In re Richardson Motorsports, Ltd., No. 22-1167, 2024 WL 2096555, at *1, *12 (Tex. May 10, 2024) (orig. proceeding).
