IN RE DAVID BARNES, Relator

Original Proceeding from the 302nd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. DF-11-11126

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before Justices Osborne, Reichek, and Browning
Opinion by Justice Reichek

Before the Court is relator's September 25, 2020 petition for writ of mandamus in which he complains of the trial court's refusal to rule on his amended application for ex parte temporary restraining order and motion for interim temporary orders. Relator has not submitted an adequate record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.3(k)(1)(A), 52.7(a)(1). Accordingly, we deny relator's petition for writ of mandamus. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
