Opinion

No. 05-07-00833-CV

Filed: July 3, 2007.

Original Proceeding from the County Criminal Court of Appeals No. 1 Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause Nos. MC07-R0001-D and MC07-R0002-D.

Before Justices MORRIS, MOSELEY, and RICHTER.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

In his petition for writ of mandamus, relator complains the Dallas County Criminal Court of Appeals has erred in denying his motion seeking to correct defects in the municipal court clerk records prepared for his appeals of two traffic cases. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them here. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has failed to demonstrate that he is entitled to the relief requested. See State ex rel. Hill v. Court of Appeals for Fifth Dist., 34 S.W.3d 924, 927 (Tex.Crim.App. 2001). Therefore, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus. Tex. R. App. P. 52.8 (a).
