An unpublished order of this Court, having been entered on September 16, 2016 (M-4279), accepting the non-disciplinary resignation of petitioner and removing his name from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at law in the State of New York, effective the date thereof, And petitioner (who was admitted to practice as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York at a Term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court for the First Judicial Department on February 4, 2008) having moved this Court, pro se, on March 4, 2024, for an order, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1240.22(b), reinstating him as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York, And the Attorney Grievance Committee by Jorge Dopico, its Chief Attorney, having submitted a letter dated February 16, 2024, stating, inter alia, that the Committee does not oppose the motion, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is unanimously,
Ordered that the motion is granted, and petitioner is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York, effective the date hereof. Petitioner is directed to immediately register with, and pay to, the Office of Court Administration any applicable registration fees in compliance with Judiciary Law § 468-a.
