EMERGENCY ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE


Upon consideration of Sterling Healthcare, Inc.'s Emergency Motion to Enforce ADR Orders and Application for Emergency Order to Show Cause, and it appearing that proper grounds have been alleged for the issuance of this Order, it is hereby

ORDERED, that Paul Martin, personal representative of the Estate of Helen Martin, appear before this Court at United States Courthouse, 101 W. Lombard Street, Courtroom 9-B, Baltimore, Maryland 21201 on January 5, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. and show cause why he should not be enjoined from prosecuting or directed to dismiss the suit against Camilo E. Florez, M.D., in a case styled Paul Martin, personal representative of the Estate of Helen Martin v. Camilo E. Florez, et al., Case No. 02-CA-7448 (Div. 34), State of Florida, in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit for the County of Orange, and further show cause why he should not be immediately directed to cease all activities seeking to collect from Dr. Florez personally, and further show cause why he should not be compelled to pay Sterling Healthcare, Inc. its costs and attorneys' fees; and it is further

ORDERED, that counsel for Sterling shall forthwith serve a copy of this Order on Paul Martin, personal representative of the Estate of Helen Martin.

SO ORDERED.
