ORDER

ROBBIE PARTIDA-KIPNESS JUSTICE.

Before the Court are relator's March 30, 2022 petition for writ of mandamus and emergency motion for temporary relief pending determination of the petition for writ of mandamus. We GRANT the emergency motion to the extent that we STAY the trial court's March 20, 2022 "Order on Defendants' Motion for Sanctions," pending the results of the trial court's Braden hearing that is currently scheduled for April 15, 2022. We DIRECT relators to file a written status update on the results of the Braden hearing WITHIN SEVEN DAYS after the hearing.
