IN THE INTEREST OF B.A.C., A CHILD

On Appeal from the 242nd District Court Hale County, Texas
Trial Court No. B23077-0203, Honorable Kregg Hukill, Presiding

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before QUINN, C.J., and CAMPBELL and HANCOCK, JJ.

Appellant, Jose Carreon, filed a notice of appeal in the above-referenced cause without paying the requisite filing fee. By letter dated December 30, 2015, this court notified Carreon that failure to pay the filing fee within ten days could result in dismissal of the appeal. TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(c). The fee has not been paid to date, nor has Carreon filed an affidavit of indigency or sought leave to proceed without the payment of fees.

Because Carreon has failed to pay the requisite filing fee as directed by the court, we dismiss the proceeding pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 42.3(c).
