Because the appendix to appellant's amended brief contains sensitive data, it does not meet the requirements of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. See TEX. R. APP. P. 9.9(a)(3). Consequently, we STRIKE appellant's amended brief filed on December 28, 2023 and ORDER appellant to file, within TEN DAYS of the date of this order, a brief that conforms with rule 9.9. The brief may be redacted by using initials in place of the minor child's name and redacting the child's date of birth. See id. 9.9(a),(c).
We caution appellant that failure to comply with this order may result in dismissal of this appeal without further notice. See id. 38.8(a)(1).
