ORDER
Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion for guidance is GRANTED to the extent that this appeal is DISMISSED pursuant to MCR 7.216(A)(7).
The final judgment of dismissal is STAYED for a period of 28 days within which period appellant may file a written communication with this Court. The communication shall be treated by the Court as a motion for reconsideration.
The February 6, 2023 order consolidating this appeal with the appeal in Docket Number 364598 is VACATED in light of the dismissal of this appeal.
