IN THE INTEREST OF A.Y.K., M.Y.K. AND A.Y.K., CHILDREN

On Appeal from the 469th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 469-51499-2016

ORDER

KEN MOLBERG JUSTICE

Because appellant's brief does not meet the general requirements of Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure 9.9, we ORDER appellant to file, no later than September 27, 2024, a brief that does not contain sensitive information such as a minor child's name. The brief should be redacted to replace the child's name with initials. See Tex. R. App. P. 9.9(a)(3).

This case remains on the submission docket for September 17, 2024. We CAUTION appellant that failure to file a brief in compliance with rule 9.9 by the time specified may result in the dismissal of this appeal without further notice. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c).
