Petitioner-appellant having moved to modify the decision and order of this Court, entered on May 18, 2021 (Appeal No. 13239), to extend petitioner's time in which to serve a summons and first amended verified complaint upon respondent, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of modifying the May 18, 2021 decision and order of this Court and extending petitioner's time in which to serve respondent with the summons and first amended verified complaint to within thirty days of the date of this order.
