DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 28, 2021. Motion by the petitioner-respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Separate motion by the attorney for the children to extend the time to serve and file a brief, and for an order directing the respondent-appellant to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain documents.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the petitioner-respondent's motion is granted, and on or before August 19, 2022, the petitioner-respondent shall serve and file a brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further, ORDERED that the branch of the motion by the attorney for the children which is to extend the time to serve and file a brief is granted, and on or before August 19, 2022, the attorney for the children shall serve and file a brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further, ORDERED that the branch of the motion by the attorney for the children which is for an order directing the respondent-appellant to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain documents is denied as the appeal was perfected on the original papers and the attorney for the children has not demonstrated that the original papers filed with this Court do not contain all relevant papers.
