STIPULATED CONSENT ORDER GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR FILING A RESPONSE TO OBJECTIONS TO CLAIM OF EXEMPTION
UPON CONSIDERATION of the Objection to Claim of Exemption filed by the Chapter 7 Trustee, Merrill Cohen, and the separate Objection to Claim of Exemption filed by Woodsboro Bank, (the "Objections"), it appearing that counsel for the Debtor and Counsel for Woodsboro Bank, as well as the Chapter 7 Trustee have reached an agreement that the deadline for the Debtor Dale Ernest Ausherman to file a response to the Objections can be extended by consent to August 21, 2008; it is by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland;
ORDERED, that the Debtor Dale Ernest Ausherman's deadline for responding to the Objections of both Woodsboro Bank and the Chapter 7 Trustee, be and the same is hereby extended to August 21, 2008. SO ORDERED
CERTIFICATION AS TO PROVISIONS OF CONSENT ORDER
I hereby certify that the terms of this proposed Order Stipulating an Extension of Time for filing a Response to Objection to Claim of Exemption (the "Consent Order") submitted electronically to the Court are identical to those set forth in the original Consent Order and that the signatures represented by the /s/ on the copy of the Order represent the actual signatures of consenting parties on the original order.
