ORDER

Plaintiffs have submitted a proposed form of notice to the class, noting that certain defendants object to certain unspecified aspects of the notice. Having reviewed the proposed form of notice, it is hereby ORDERED, as follows:

1. Any objections to the proposed form of notice shall be served and filed no later than July 31, 2000.

2. The Court is considering modification of the proposed form of notice by inserting after the second sentence of the first full paragraph on page 6 the following sentence:

"There is a further risk that Lead Counsel's incentive to pursue the matter aggressively could be reduced if Lead Counsel came to believe that a recovery of less than "x," either by settlement or adjudication, were unlikely."

Any comments on this proposed change shall be served and filed no later than July 31, 2000.

3. The parties by July 31, 2000 are to notify the Court of the method by which notice is to be distributed and provide a basis for concluding that such method is the best notice practicable in the circumstances. Absent valid objection, the notice shall be given on or before August 31, 2000.
