ORDER

LEWIS A. KAPLAN, District Judge.

The Court having conducted a pretrial conference and heard argument today, it is hereby ORDERED, as follows:

1. The motion of Christopher Davidge for a protective order is denied in all respects for the reasons stated in open court.

2. Proceedings in these cases, as well as the action newly filed by Nicola Smith (for which the docket number is not yet available) shall be conducted according to the following schedule: a. Plaintiffs shall file a consolidated amended complaint on or before October 30, 2000. b. Any motion by defendants to dismiss the consolidated amended complaint shall be filed on or before November 20, 2000. Answering and reply papers shall be filed on or before December 4 and December 11, 2000, respectively. c. All discovery in these actions shall be concluded on or before April 30, 2001. d. The joint pretrial order, and motions for summary judgment and any requests to charge shall be filed on or before May 18, 2001.
