An order of this Court having been entered on January 30, 2017 [M-6274.153], inter alia, suspending the above-named petitioner from practice as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York, effective immediately, and until the further order of this Court, for failure to comply with Judiciary Law §468-a, And petitioner having moved for an order granting reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, and it appearing that petitioner complied with Judiciary Law §468-a on or about August 3, 2021 and December 22, 2021, subsequent to the effective date of the aforesaid order, It is ordered that the motion is granted and petitioner is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York, effective the date hereof.
