An order of this Court having been made and entered on November 17, 2022 [M-2022-03603-2004], inter alia, suspending the above-named respondent from practice as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York, effective immediately, and until the further order of this Court, Now, on the Court's own motion, it is unanimously, Ordered that the aforesaid order is recalled and vacated, and the Opinion Per Curiam filed therewith is hereby amended to vacate so much thereof as pertains to the above-named respondent.
