ORDER
The Court having received and considered the petitions for certification filed by petitioners, Policemen's Benevolent Association Local #105; Policemen's Benevolent Association Local #383; Policemen's Benevolent Association Local #383A; Policemen's Benevolent Association Local #383B; and the New Jersey Law Enforcement Supervisors Association (C-344-20); the New Jersey State Policemen's Benevolent Association; Patrick Colligan, President of the New Jersey State Policemen's Benevolent Association; New Jersey State Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police; and Robert W. Fox, President of the New Jersey State Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police (C-345-20); the New Jersey State Troopers Non-Commissioned Officers Association of New Jersey; Pete J. Stilianessis, President of the New Jersey State Troopers Non-Commissioned Officers Association of New Jersey; New Jersey State Troopers Superior Officers Association; Richard Roberts, President of the New Jersey State Troopers Superior Officers Association (C-346-20); the State Troopers Fraternal Association of New Jersey (C-347-20); and the New Jersey Superior Officers Law Enforcement Association (C-348-20), of the judgment of the Appellate Division in A-3950/3975/3985/3987/4002-19; it is
ORDERED that the petitions for certification are granted; and it is further
ORDERED that the following peremptory, expedited supplemental briefing schedule shall apply on appeal: appellants may each serve and file a supplemental brief on or before December 22, 2020, and respondent may serve and file a supplemental brief in response on or before January 19, 2021. Should any entity wish to participate as amicus curiae, including those who previously were granted amicus status in this matter, such entity shall serve and file its amicus brief, together with a motion for leave to participate if necessary, on or before December 15, 2020. Appellants and respondent may serve and file responses to the amicus briefs, together with answers to any motions for leave to participate, on or before January 25, 2021. No further submissions shall be accepted without leave of Court.
