Administrative Order 06-1.

To implement the assignment of cases to newly appointed Judges, John K. Olson and Laurel Myerson Isicoff, beginning February 21, 2006, new cases and proceedings shall be assigned to Judges Olson and Isicoff pursuant to Local Rule 1073-1(B) except as modified in this order with respect to Miami-Dade division chapter 11 and chapter 13 cases. Specifically, Judge Olson and Judge Ray will each receive 50% of the Broward division cases filed under each chapter of the Bankruptcy Code. Miami-Dade division chapter 7, 12, and 15 cases will be evenly divided amongst Judges Mark, Cristol and Isicoff. Subject to modification without entry of a further administrative order, Judge Isicoff will receive 70% of new Miami-Dade division chapter 13 cases and 50% of new Miami-Dade division chapter 11 cases. Judges Mark and Cristol will receive 15% each of the new chapter 13 cases and 25% each of the new chapter 11 cases.
Pending cases and proceedings will be reassigned as provided in Administrative Order 05-10 and in this Order. Therefore, it is ORDERED as follows:
1. As provided under AO 05-10, all North Dade Chapter 13 Cases, and any related adversaries, assigned to Judge Ray are reassigned to Judge Isicoff. An electronic transfer entry will be docketed in every affected case and proceeding to reflect the current judge assignment. Any of these cases scheduled for the March 2, 2006 confirmation calendar in Fort Lauderdale shall be heard by Judge Isicoff in Ft. Lauderdale at the date, time and location previously noticed. North Dade Chapter 13 cases presently scheduled for the April 4, 2006 confirmation calendar shall be re-noticed for the same day, April 4, 2006, in Judge Isicoff's courtroom in Miami.
2. Except for the cases described in subparagraphs 2.A. and 2.B. below, all Ft. Lauderdale division cases, including related adversary proceedings, assigned to Judge Hyman are reassigned to Judge Olson. An electronic transfer entry will be docketed in every affected case and proceeding to reflect the current judge assignment.
A. Case No. 05-25350 In re: Charlisa, Inc., shall remain assigned to Judge Hyman;
B. Cases listed on "Exhibit A" have been identified as cases in which Judge Olson's former law firm, Stearns Weaver, has made an appearance. These cases and any related adversary proceedings are reassigned to Judge Ray. A separate clerk's notice of transfer will be issued and docketed in each case to reflect the current judge assignment pursuant to this Order.
3. Those Miami-Dade division chapter 7 cases listed on attached "Exhibit B" and any related adversary proceedings, are reassigned from Judges Cristol and Mark to Judge Isicoff. An electronic transfer entry will be docketed in every affected case and proceeding to reflect the current judge assignment.
4. Those Miami-Dade division chapter 11 cases listed on attached "Exhibit C" and any related adversary proceedings are reassigned from Judge Mark to Judge Isicoff. A separate clerk's notice of transfer will be docketed in each case pursuant to this Order.
5. Those Miami-Dade division cases listed on the attached "Exhibit D" and any related adversary proceedings are reassigned from Judge Hyman to Judge Isicoff. A separate clerk's notice of transfer will be docketed in each case pursuant to this Order.
6. Unless otherwise advised, effective February 21, 2006, all hearings scheduled prior to reassignment, in any cases or proceedings reassigned pursuant to this order, will proceed on the date and time as scheduled, but will be conducted by the judge to whom the cases are assigned.
7. Nothing in this order shall preclude future transfer of cases or proceedings to Judges Isicoff and Olson, or if later deemed appropriate, reassignment of cases or proceedings back to the original judge or another judge of this court.
8. Reassignment of cases pursuant to this Order shall be effective on February 21, 2006.
