ORDER


The administrative district judge has requested additional judicial resources in the Second Judicial District of the functioning of arraignments and initial appearances on probation violations in Clearwater, Idaho and Lewis counties and has asked the Court pursuant to Rule 2.2 of the Idaho Criminal Rules to authorize the administrative district judge to appoint Magistrate Judges Stephen Calhoun, Michael Griffin, and Randall Robinson as pro tem district judges to preside over the arraignments and initial appearances on probation violations in Clearwater, Idaho and Lewis counties, and good cause appearing therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Magistrate Judges Stephen Calhoun, Michael Griffin and Randall Robinson be, and they are, APPOINTED as pro tem district judges for the purpose of presiding over arraignments and initial appearances on probation violations in Clearwater, Idaho and Lewis counties.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the appointments of Magistrate Judges Stephen Calhoun, Michael Griffin, and Randall Robinson are subject to the coordination of their personal court calendars.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the appointments pursuant to this Order shall be from October 3 through October 21, 2005, unless otherwise provided by an order of this Court.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Order shall be placed in the pro tem judges assignments file to be maintained by the District Court Clerk as a central register of all assignment orders and a copy served upon all parties as provided by I.C.R. 2.2(e).
