ORDER


The administrative district judge has requested additional judicial resources in the Fifth Judicial District, Lincoln County, and has asked the Court pursuant to Rule 2.2 of the Idaho Criminal Rules to appoint Magistrate Judge Mark Ingram as a pro tem district judge to preside over district court cases in Lincoln County, and good cause appearing therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Magistrate Judge Mark Ingram be, and he is, APPOINTED as a pro tem district judge for the purpose of presiding over matters coming before the Lincoln County District Court as assigned by the administrative district judge for the Fifth Judicial District.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the appointment of Magistrate Judge Mark Ingram is subject to the coordination of his personal court calendar.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the appointment pursuant to this Order shall be from the date of this order through June 30, 2006, unless otherwise provided by an order of this Court.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Order shall be placed in the pro tem judge assignments file to be maintained by the District Court Clerk as a central register of all assignment orders and a copy served upon all parties as provided by I.C.R. 2.2(e).
