ORDER


1. To the extent, if any, that they have not previously been consolidated, the following docket numbers are consolidated with this case:

A copy of this order shall be filed in each of these cases.

2. The Clerk shall will maintain a master docket and case file under the style "In re Asia Pulp Paper Securities Litigation" as master file number 00 Civ. 7351. Orders, pleadings, motions and other documents bearing a caption similar to that of this Order will, when docketed and filed in the master file, be deemed docketed and filed in each individual case to the extent applicable and ordinarily will not be docketed separately or physically filed in such individual cases.

3. Orders, pleadings, motions and other documents will bear a caption similar to that of this Order. If generally applicable to all consolidated actions, they shall include in the caption the notation that they relate to "All Cases" and shall be filed and docketed only in the master file. Documents intended to apply only to particular cases will indicate in their caption the number of the case(s) to which they apply, and extra copies shall be provided to the Clerk to facilitate filing and docketing both in the master case file and in each of the specified individual case files.

4. All pending motions to dismiss complaints in any of these actions are denied without prejudice. Defendants' time to answer or move with respect to all pending complaints in these actions is extended sine die.

5. On or before June 5, 2002, plaintiffs shall file a single consolidated amended complaint setting forth all claims and causes of action which all plaintiffs have against all defendants that relate in any way to the matters alleged in any of the previous complaints in these actions.

6. Any motion(s) to dismiss the consolidated amended complaint contemplated by paragraph 5 hereof shall be served and filed no later than July 8, 2002.

7. Any papers in opposition to any such motion shall be served and filed no later than August 7, 2002.

8. Any reply papers in support of any such motion shall be served and filed no later than August 27, 2002.

9. Henceforth, it shall be the responsibility of Plaintiffs' Lead Counsel to communicate promptly to all other counsel notice of any conferences, hearings, decisions and orders of the Court.
