DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Maisha H. from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated November 1, 2022, under Appellate Division Docket Nos., 2022-09263, and 2022-09265. Cross-appeal by Whilma H. from the order dated November 1, 2022, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2022-09263, and appeal by Whilma H. from an order of the same court dated November 1, 2022, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2022-09427. Motion by the petitioner-respondent Timothy W. to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Motion by the attorney for the children to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by the petitioner-respondent Timothy W. is granted, and on or before June 12, 2024, the petitioner-respondent Timothy W. shall serve and file his brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion by the attorney for the children is granted, and on or before June 12, 2024, the attorney for the children shall serve and file a brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
