ORDER
Because the trial court has signed its judgment, we DENY as moot appellant's March 28, 2016 motion to abate/withdraw notice of appeal for lack of judgment.
We note the reporter's record is overdue. Because the clerks' record reflects appellant is indigent, we ORDER Donna Kindle, Official Court Reporter of the 303rd Judicial District Court, to file the reporter's record without pre-payment of costs by May 4, 2016.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Kindle and all parties.
