ORDER

PER CURIAM

This is an accelerated appeal from a judgment terminating parental rights which must be disposed of by this court within 180 days of the date the notice of appeal was filed. See Tex. R. Jud Admin. 6.2.

Appellant's brief was due on August 29, 2023. On August 30, 2023, appellant filed a motion seeking an additional twenty days to file her brief. The motion is GRANTED. Appellant's brief is due on or before September 18, 2023 However, given the time constraints governing the disposition of this appeal, further requests for an extension of time will be disfavored.

IT IS SO ORDERED
