An order having been entered on June 1, 2022, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Mark Funk, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Mark Funk, Esq., dated June 16, 2022, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that Lynne M. Blank, Esq., 1791 Plank Road, Webster, New York 14580-9380, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Monroe, entered February 15, 2022, in place and stead of Mark Funk, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Lynne M. Blank, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
