Opinion

Opinion delivered November 18, 1996


The Honorable Sam Bird of Monticello, Fifth Court of Appeals District, and Lisa Mathis-Peters, Attorney at Law, of Little Rock, At-Large Position, are hereby reappointed to the Board of Continuing Legal Education for three-year terms to expire on December 5, 1999. Rex M. Terry, Esq., of Fort Smith, Third Court of Appeals District, is hereby appointed to the Board of Continuing Legal Education for a three-year term to expire on December 5, 1999.

The Court thanks Judge Bird and Ms. Mathis-Peters for accepting reappointment and Mr. Terry for accepting appointment to this most important Board.

The Court expresses its appreciation to Ronald D. Harrison, Esq., of Fort Smith, whose term has expired, for his service on the Board.
