Opinion

85-302

Opinion delivered December 23, 1985

The Arkansas Bar Association has petitioned for the adoption of Rules and Regulations for Mandatory Continuing Legal Education. In similar matters we have allowed time for interested parties to study the proposed changes and, if they deem it appropriate to file objections thereto. We will take no further action on the petition until after March 15, 1986, to allow time for any response to be filed. Copies of the proposed rules may be obtained from the Supreme Court Clerk.

PURTLE, J., not participating.
